Our Story

Pointr is the market leader in Indoor Mapping, Location, and Analytics, and the inventor of AI-based map production. Its innovative (20+ patents) Pointr Maps™ platform is used by millions of users across offices, retail locations, airports, hospitals, and more every month.

As the top choice of Fortune 100 customers and billions of sqft. deployed globally (30+ countries), Pointr is always on the lookout for great team members to support its fast growth. Our core values are Ownership, Harmony, and Scale, and we look for Passionate, Kind, and No-Ego team members to join the team.

The Role

Senior Map Experience Designers are the visual and structural architects of how our users interact with indoor spaces. They are creative problem-solvers with strong systems thinking and a deep understanding of cartographic design, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.

At Pointr, we empower Map Experience Designers to own the end-to-end design of our maps, creating beautiful, highly readable, and intuitive spatial experiences for millions of users worldwide. To that end, they are comfortable operating in a flat, fast-paced organization and are energized by balancing aesthetics with complex technical constraints to shape the future of indoor mapping.

At its core, this role requires the Senior Map Experience Designer to combine strong technical and cartographic acumen with deep user empathy, collaborating closely with rendering engineers and cross-functional squads to turn complex spatial data into seamless, accessible, and scalable visual solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
