We're looking for a Senior MarComms Executive - Employers to join our team in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £35,000 and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home each week. The successful candidate will own marketing communications for ICAEW's existing Authorised Training Employers (ATEs), ensuring they receive engaging, relevant and timely communications that strengthen engagement and support student recruitment.

What you will be doing

  • Own and deliver employer marketing communications across a range of channels, including websites, emails, blogs, webinars and case studies.
  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans that drive employer engagement and student recruitment.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide insights and recommendations to improve future communications and marketing activity.
  • Act as the key point of contact for employer communications, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, agencies and external partners.
  • Lead the ongoing development and promotion of the employer work experience toolkit and manage the employer website content.
  • Monitor competitor activity, manage assigned budgets and deliver multiple projects within agreed timescales.

What you will need

Experience

  • Proven experience delivering marketing and communications campaigns, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Experience working collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience creating engaging content across multiple communication channels.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering to deadlines.
  • Desirable experience within the professional services, financial services or education sectors, including UK and international communications.
  • A degree, CIM qualification or equivalent professional marketing qualification is desirable.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written communication, copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to use insights and market knowledge to improve communications.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, email marketing platforms, website content management systems and web analytics tools.
  • Budget management and agency management experience would be advantageous.
