Job Summary
At SEEPEX, part of Ingersoll Rand, we are looking for a highly experienced Senior Market Manager Food & Beverage to drive the global development of one of our key strategic segments within our Compression and Flow Technologies Business Unit (CFT)
Senior Market Manager will shape market strategy, lead key customer engagements, and position CFT as a trusted partner within the Food & Beverage industry. This role will combine commercial ownership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to unlock new growth opportunities worldwide.

Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Development
- Lead the global development of the Food & Beverage segment
- Identify high-potential applications, industries, and key accounts
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and regulatory developments
- Define and execute strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key global customers
- Identify, develop, and close strategic sales opportunities
- Lead and deliver lighthouse projects to showcase innovative solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers at technical and commercial levels
Technical Leadership
- Provide deep expertise in progressive cavity pumps (PCP) and related technologies (e.g., lobe, twin screw pumps)
- Translate customer needs into technical solutions in collaboration with Engineering
- Contribute to new product development and portfolio innovation

Sales Enablement
- Support and empower regional sales teams globally
- Develop and deliver training, tools, and best practices
- Act as a central point of expertise for the F&B segment
Basic Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry
- Proven experience with pump technologies (PCP or similar)
- Fluent in English
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Willingness to travel internationally

- Strong combination of commercial acumen and technical expertise
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and managing complex sales projects
- Ability to operate in a global, matrix organization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
