Senior Marketing Analyst

£50,000 - £60,000
Darwen (2-3 days a week on-site)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a data-led organisation where customer insight is central to driving commercial performance and improving customer experience.

THE COMPANY

They are a growing, customer-centric organisation operating across a large network of consumer-facing locations. With a strong focus on personalisation and service quality, they use data to continuously improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Marketing Analyst you will play a key role in shaping how data informs decision making across marketing, operations, and customer strategy, with a clear line of sight to business impact.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Analyse customer and transactional data across CRM systems, digital platforms, and surveys to identify behavioural trends and opportunities
  • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that track retention, conversion, and customer lifetime value
  • Support campaign targeting and personalisation through segmentation, cohort analysis, and predictive modelling
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness through pre- and post-analysis, measuring uplift, ROI, and channel performance
  • Lead on customer satisfaction and advocacy analysis, using sentiment analysis and key driver techniques
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
