Role Overview
Senior Marketing Analyst, Growth | The Bower, 207-211, Old St, Tower, London EC1V 9NR | Four days in office, Wednesdays remote
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + ESOPs
Reporting to: Head of Analytics
Function: Analytics
Given our exciting growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Marketing Analyst to come and join our global business.
Fresha sits across two distinct products — a B2C marketplace and app used by millions of consumers, and a B2B software platform used by the partners who run their business on Fresha. In this role, you'll own campaign performance and CRM/lifecycle strategy across both surfaces, turning consumer and partner segments into targeted, effective marketing as we scale investment significantly.
Reporting to the Head of Analytics and working closely with our Performance and Brand Marketing, Product Growth, CRM, and Analytics teams, you'll be accountable for making marketing spend work harder and lifecycle programmes smarter — building on the tracking and segmentation foundation your Product Analyst colleague maintains.
This is a senior individual contributor role with real room to grow. There's clear opportunity for internal progression here, with a natural next step being either Principal Analyst or Analytics Manager as your scope and impact grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How we work
We're rebuilding Analytics around three principles: understand what's really going on, not just report the number that was asked for; partner with the business, rather than simply serve it; and raise what matters before you're asked, rather than waiting for a request. This sits alongside Fresha's wider values — Accountability, Curiosity, Unity, Bravery, and Excellence.
Key accountabilities
Behavioural
- Collaborate broadly across Performance Marketing, Brand, Product Growth CRM, and the wider Growth pod to align on priorities and create campaigns that actually move the needle
- Partner with stakeholders rather than simply service requests — help shape the questions being asked, not just answer them
- Prioritise pragmatically, balancing commercial impact against effort and campaign deadlines
- Pre-empt issues proactively — flag spend inefficiency or tracking gaps before they become a budget problem
Technical
- Own marketing performance analytics across paid search, paid social, SEO and organic channels, for both B2B and B2C, including campaign-level efficiency and budget allocation
- Own CRM and lifecycle strategy — messaging, win-back, and the experiments that improve consumer and partner stickiness, building on the segmentation this pod's Product Analyst maintains
- Design and run marketing experiments — messaging, creative, or lifecycle tests — with statistically rigorous read-outs
- Develop and apply attribution modelling, incrementality testing, and Media Mix Modelling (MMM) to guide channel and budget decisions, not just measure them after the fact
- Deliver a regular trade and performance reporting cadence that turns campaign data into decision-useful insight for stakeholders
- Own budget and target tracking as marketing investment scales, flagging efficiency risks before they become budget problems
- Support automation of campaign quality control (e.g. flagging underperforming ads or keywords), catching inefficiencies faster than manual review allows
- Write production-grade SQL and Python, and contribute analytics logic into our dbt models via GitHub rather than keeping it in personal notebooks
- Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code or similar) as a normal part of how you work
- As scope grows, take on a widening remit — mentoring, setting standards, and building toward your next step, whether that's Principal Analyst or Analytics Manager
