Senior Marketing Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst based in United Kingdom.

This is a senior analytical role focused on improving marketing performance and enabling smarter, data-driven investment decisions. You will shape the logic behind marketing budget allocation across products, channels, and traffic sources. The role combines advanced analytics, experimentation, performance marketing economics, and predictive modeling. You will develop Early LTV models and analytical frameworks that help teams react quickly to performance changes. You will also contribute to AI-powered analytics initiatives designed to uncover root causes, opportunities, and anomalies. Working in a distributed international environment, you’ll have significant scope to turn complex data into practical business decisions.

Accountabilities

  • Design the high-level logic, rules, and models used to allocate marketing budgets across products and traffic sources, validate the approach, and prepare it for automation.
  • Develop and validate Early LTV metrics and models to support intra-week performance marketing decisions and dynamic budget allocation.
  • Build analytical frameworks and tools for performance diagnostics, identifying performance drivers, growth opportunities, and anomalies across products, channels, and campaigns.
  • Contribute to the development of an internal AI-based analytics tool focused on performance analysis, root-cause detection, and opportunity discovery.
  • Support the unified BI layer through metric definition, data validation, and selected analytical use cases.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable business rules, recommendations, and decision-making models.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
