This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing and events professional with experience delivering corporate events and integrated marketing campaigns. Working closely with colleagues across Business Development, Advisers and Branch teams, you'll help create engaging experiences that enhance our brand profile, strengthen intermediary relationships and support business growth.

Events & Sponsorships

  • Support the development and delivery of the annual B2B events and sponsorship programme.
  • Plan and deliver a range of in-person and virtual events including conferences, seminars, roadshows, webinars and networking events.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event delivery, including venue management, supplier liaison, registration, attendee communications and on-the-day execution.
  • Manage relationships with venues, production agencies, event technology providers and other suppliers.
  • Support the development of event content and speaker programmes alongside senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Work closely with regional branch teams and advisers to support local client and prospect events.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
