At Keen Software House
At Keen Software House, we develop large-scale sandbox simulation games like Space Engineers 1 and Space Engineers 2, built around engineering, construction, destruction, physics, emergent gameplay, and player creativity, together with the proprietary technology that powers them.
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Artist
We are looking for a strong visual artist who can take real ownership of how Space Engineers is presented across marketing channels. You will turn in-game content, screenshots, 3D assets, and ideas into high-quality promotional visuals, while also actively helping define what our marketing materials should look like, how they should be structured, and where the visual quality can be pushed further.
You will work across a wide range of marketing and promotional materials - from key visuals, store assets and campaign graphics to screenshots, banners, logos, splash screens, social media content, and other 2D artwork.
This is not a purely execution-focused role. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities independently, challenge existing approaches when needed, propose stronger visual solutions, and help establish and evolve a consistent marketing art direction for Space Engineers.
You should combine a strong artistic eye with speed, versatility, and practical execution - someone who can explore multiple directions quickly, make sound visual decisions, work with feedback, understand the purpose behind each asset, and consistently deliver polished results.
We expect you to act as a proactive visual partner to the team, not simply wait for briefs - spotting what is missing, proposing what should be created, and helping raise the overall standard of our marketing presentation.
While our studio is based in Prague, we offer the flexibility to work remotely (CET +/- 2 hour)
If you enjoy challenging work, seek autonomy, thrive on impact and responsibility, and want to work in a friendly environment with an inspiring international team, then come and join us!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
