Skills And Competencies
- 3+ years' experience executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, social media, content syndication, webinars, and events, delivering measurable lead, pipeline, and revenue outcomes
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar, including campaign build, launch, audience segmentation, workflow management, and optimisation
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, lead nurturing, and customer journey execution, using data-driven approaches to improve engagement, lead quality, and campaign performance
- Exceptional attention to detail with experience conducting quality assurance across emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, links, and other campaign assets to ensure a high-quality customer experience and regulatory compliance
- Experience analysing campaign, engagement, conversion, and pipeline metrics to identify optimisation opportunities, improve performance, and support business growth
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, vendors, sales and marketing teams simultaneously
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- Equivalent professional marketing qualifications and relevant industry experience will also be considered
Responsibilities
- Support the execution and optimisation of demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue across the Insurance business
- Support the planning and execution of regional demand generation campaigns aligned to business, sales, and marketing priorities
- Build and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, digital advertising, social media, webinars, content syndication, and events
- Configure and launch campaigns within marketing automation platforms, including audience segmentation, personalisation, workflows, and scheduling
- Build and activate targeted audiences using data-driven segmentation and customer insights
- Support lead nurture programmes and customer journey execution across key lifecycle stages
- Manage lead capture, tracking, qualification, and handoff processes between marketing and sales teams
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, and integrations
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution, recommending optimisation opportunities
- Coordinate campaign execution with external vendors and partners to maximise lead generation effectiveness
- Drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation, campaign governance, and the use of AI-enabled marketing tools

About The Team
Our Demand Strategy and Activation team is responsible for creating and activating multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage target audiences and drive measurable demand, pipeline growth, and revenue across the Insurance sector. We contribute to Moody’s success by delivering revenue-generating demand generation programmes across the full funnel, monitoring pipeline performance, and utilising AI to scale marketing impact through content creation, personalisation, campaign execution, quality assurance, and faster optimisation while maintaining responsible and ethical AI practices. By joining our team, you will be part of exciting work in demand strategy and activation, including marketing automation, audience targeting, event and webinar promotion, demand generation orchestration, and continuous campaign optimisation in close partnership with Sales, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Content, and regional teams.
