We are looking for a confident marketing communications professional who enjoys creating meaningful, member-focused campaigns to help bring our member communications to life. You'll work across online and offline channels, creating clear, consistent and insight-led activity that helps members feel informed, valued and connected to the Society.
How You'll Make a Difference
- Plan and deliver multi-channel member communications across email, direct mail, newsletters and key member journeys, supporting campaigns that build trust, advocacy and long-term loyalty.
- Work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Digital, Product, Channel, Data, Insight and Analytics, as well as external partners and suppliers, to turn business briefs into effective communication plans.
- Use insight, data and campaign performance to improve future activity, while making sure communications are delivered on time and in line with approval, regulatory, data privacy and marketing requirements.

What will you bring to the role?
- Experience in a fast-paced marketing or communications role, ideally delivering customer or member campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Strong writing, planning and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders, external partners and suppliers to deliver activity accurately and on time.
- An understanding of campaign performance, budgets and return on investment, with the ability to use insight to improve communications.
- Working knowledge of email broadcast, print fulfilment, CRM or marketing analytics would be an advantage.
- A self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.
