Senior Marketing & Communications Manager β Thought Capital Activation
π Location: Remote Working (UK)
π Contract Type: 12-Month Contract (Inside IR35)
π° Rate: Β£50.00 β Β£54.00 per hour
A global leader known for its pioneering technologies, embedded AI, and continuous growth is looking for a Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to join their team. Operating within an internal agency model, you will partner directly with program owners, business leaders, and cross-functional M&C teams to manage and execute end-to-end activation workstreams for high-profile thought capital programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Turn Research into Assets: Take core insights and convert them into clear pitch decks, articles, summaries, social posts, and infographics.
- Manage Content Delivery: Edit, proofread, and coordinate sign-offs for case studies, reports, and brand positioning content.
- Keep Projects on Track: Build clear timelines, manage review cycles, and keep multi-team projects moving smoothly.
- Launch Across Channels: Work with digital and campaign teams to package and distribute content via email, web, and social.
- Enable Teams & Track Impact: Create simple toolkits and briefings for internal teams, track channel performance on dashboards, and ensure all content meets brand and privacy standards.

Essential Skills
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications roles.
- Prior experience in content development, management consulting, or agency environments.
- Strong B2B writing and storytelling skills with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools and workflows.
- Strong Agile project management capabilities with high attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of corporate brand standards, visual communications, and content governance in complex or regulated environments.
