About the role:
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Communications Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-impact integrated campaigns and launches across JCB's global business. Working across brand initiatives, end-to-end product launches, and commercial priorities, you'll translate marketing strategy into compelling, insight-led campaigns that build brand strength, engage customers, and support commercial growth.
You'll take ownership of product launches from the initial brief and proposition development through to photoshoots, asset creation, campaign planning, market activation, and performance measurement. Bringing together product, sales, regional marketing, creative, digital, social, and events teams, you'll deliver a consistent and impactful customer experience.
This is a highly visible role for an experienced marketing communications leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong delivery, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure a high standard of marketing effectiveness across JCB globally.
What does this role involve day to day?
- Leading end-to-end product launches, from the initial brief and proposition development through campaign creation, global rollout, regional activation, and post-launch performance reviews.
- Developing integrated marketing communications plans aligned to business objectives, product strategies, and growth priorities.
- Translating product and business strategy into clear customer propositions, campaign briefs, and compelling communications.
- Leading brand initiatives and product campaigns from strategy through to execution.
- Working closely with product, sales, and regional teams to ensure launches are commercially relevant and effectively activated in market.
- Defining launch objectives, target audiences, KPIs, and measurement frameworks.
- Leading, coaching, and developing team members where applicable.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
