Senior Marketing & Communications Manager

We are looking for a creative, commercially-minded Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to take ownership of our marketing and communications strategy. From social media and digital campaigns to branding, content and creative projects, you'll be at the heart of building our presence and helping us grow.

What you'll be doing:
- Creating engaging content across digital platforms
- Owning our social media presence and growing our audience
- Designing eye-catching marketing materials and presentations
- Planning and delivering creative marketing campaigns
- Ensuring all communications are polished, on-brand and impactful
- Working closely with the wider team to develop new ideas and strengthen our brand

We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven marketing and communications experience
- Is creative, proactive and full of ideas
- Has an excellent eye for detail and outstanding written communication skills
- Is confident managing multiple projects at once
- Enjoys working independently while collaborating with a close-knit team
- Has experience with Figma (or similar design tools), social media and digital marketing
- Wants to be part of an ambitious startup where they can make a genuine impact
