This is an exciting opportunity to join Royal London’s Brand & Marketing function as a Senior Marketing Consultant on a 6 months FTC within the Marketing Change team, supporting a key project focused on customer asset updates.
The role will play an important part in reviewing and updating customer, employer and adviser documents as the project progresses. This includes asset updates, some system-generated documentation and ensuring communications remain clear, accurate, compliant and aligned to customer needs.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a key programme of asset updates, taking ownership of the approach, delivery and stakeholder engagement from a Marketing perspective. You'll work strategically to shape and agree robust solutions, influence senior stakeholders, and drive momentum across the project to ensure successful outcomes. The role requires confidence in challenging constructively, navigating difficult conversations, and building alignment to keep delivery on track and achieve business objectives.

- Review impact assessments and identify customer, employer and adviser documentation requiring updates.
- Update and maintain customer-facing assets, including system-generated documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to gather requirements, provide challenge and drive progress.
- Support the delivery of a key change project, taking ownership of document and asset updates from day one.
- Ensure customer communications support positive customer outcomes and meet regulatory requirements.
- Manage priorities effectively within a fast-paced project environment, maintaining high attention to detail.
About You
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to use initiative and hit the ground running.
- Highly organised, methodical and analytical, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to work accurately through large volumes of customer documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with and challenge senior stakeholders where required.
- Able to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes to agreed timescales.
- Experience of individual pensions is desirable.
- Knowledge of Comstore, POD or similar customer communication/document management systems is desirable.
