Senior Marketing Executive/Manager

Edifai is the AI training partner for many global companies. We teach them how to use AI, and we live in the tools we teach. We're scaling fast and need a Senior Marketing Executive/Manager who loves AI, tells great stories, manages communities and makes content people want to read, watch and share.

The role in one line:

Create the content that makes L&D and HR leaders stop scrolling, with AI doing the heavy lifting and you doing the thinking.

Key info

  • Full-time, 5 days per week
  • Salary: we'll share the range on the first call. It depends on experience, but we won't waste your time
  • Hybrid working - 2 days in a very lovely London office near London Bridge
  • Reporting to Marketing Lead
  • Start date: ASAP

What you'll own

  • Content across formats: long-form articles, LinkedIn posts, video scripts, email sequences, landing pages and sales assets
  • Short-form video, from filming on a smartphone or 4K camera to editing in Descript
  • Product marketing: turning our training programs into positioning, battlecards and sales enablement
  • Launching the Edifai community, and helping shape our ambassador and alumni programs
  • Prompt libraries and Claude skills the whole team can use
  • SEO and AEO: making Edifai the answer when buyers search on Google or ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews. That covers keyword and question research, content built to be cited, on-page optimization, and tracking where we show up

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How you'll work

  • AI-first as a default. You'll try new tools because you're curious, keep the ones that work, and always add the human thinking that keeps AI slop out.

Tools you'll use day to day

  • AI: Claude, Claude Design, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and anything else that makes the work easier, quicker and better. As a company, we use Claude, but we are open to using any tool that works.
  • Content and video: Descript, Canva
  • Marketing ops: HubSpot, Clay, Fireflies
  • Reporting: HubSpot

Who you are

  • 3+ years in content production/marketing
  • You're already using AI in your marketing work every day, and you have opinions about it & you’ll have examples of your AI-driven workflows & outputs
  • A natural storyteller with strong editorial judgment. You know when something's good and when it isn't
  • An adventurer. You like trying new tools and ideas that might not work
  • You can go from plan to delivery without a big team behind you
  • You've used HubSpot (or at least a CRM)- not essential but useful
  • Critical: video filming and editing, community or ambassador experience & Clay
