This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in marketing campaign delivery who wants to broaden their international exposure, work with leading global brands and further develop their leadership skills.

The opportunity:
We are looking for a talented and driven marketing professional to join our Global Marketing team.
Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, this role takes ownership of marketing activity across our international regions (EMEA & APAC), delivering commercially focused campaigns that support both regional growth and global brand strategy.
You will take the lead on our brand marketing across these regions, helping to grow and strengthen the Paladone & WeCool marketing function while increasing its overall impact, consistency and capability.

Working closely with Sales, eCommerce, licensors and agency partners, you will drive end-to-end campaign delivery to ensure activity is aligned to business objectives and delivers measurable results.
This role will also line manage the Marketing Co-Ordinator, giving you the opportunity to coach, develop and build a high-performing team as the function continues to scale
What are key duties of the role?
Campaign Delivery
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across international markets
- Coordinate activity across social, digital, retail and licensing channels
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns and seasonal activity
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned to business objectives
Social Media & Influencer Marketing
- Support social media strategy across international markets
- Coordinate influencer and creator activity
- Manage agency relationships where appropriate
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth
Digital Marketing
- Support website performance and optimisation
- Work alongside internal and external partners on SEO, PPC and content activity
- Assist in the creation and delivery of digital marketing assets
Email & Brand Marketing
- Deliver targeted B2B and B2C email campaigns
- Support brand awareness initiatives across key markets
- Coordinate marketing materials and campaign assets
Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and effectiveness
- Produce regular reports and marketing insights
- Track marketing metrics and ROI
- Maintain campaign plans and marketing calendars
Team Support
- Provide coaching and day-to-day guidance to the Marketing Co-ordinator
- Share best practice and support team development
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve shared objectives
What we need you to bring to the team:
Essential
- Experience in a marketing role delivering multi-channel campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital, social and email marketing
- Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple priorities
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of activity
- Experience using marketing and analytics tools

Desirable
- Experience working across international markets
- Experience within FMCG, consumer products, retail or licensed brands
- Exposure to influencer marketing or PR activity
- Previous experience mentoring, coaching or supporting junior colleagues
