About the Role
We are looking for a creative, AI-native Senior Marketing Designer to expand the accessibility, originality, and performance of creative across Sequencing. This is not a traditional marketing design role focused on maintaining static brand systems or producing incremental creative variations. We are looking for someone who explores new concepts, studies what performs, and uses AI to build impactful experiences.
This role sits at the intersection of design, growth, storytelling, experimentation, and AI-powered content creation. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you’ll partner closely with growth, lifecycle, product marketing, and creative leadership.

What you will do
- Design marketing assets across channels including paid social ads, landing pages, email graphics, lifecycle campaigns, product marketing visuals, social content, and brand campaigns
- Create and produce high-performing creative for acquisition channels including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging platforms
- Generate and test a wide range of creative concepts, visual styles, hooks, narratives, and formats across acquisition and retention channels
- Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI creative tooling across image generation, video, motion, editing, storytelling, voice, and production workflows
- Produce motion graphics, video edits, video, and multimedia storytelling assets
- Design, update, and maintain landing pages and marketing surfaces
- Design marketing emails, including layouts, modular templates, and graphics for lifecycle, retention, and promotional campaigns
- Create data visualizations, charts, and infographics that make health, genomic, and product data clear and engaging
- Resize, localize, version, and adapt creative across formats and channels
- Work from and evolve existing brand systems and creative frameworks to maintain visual consistency while continuously expanding creative breadth
- Organize and maintain Figma files, creative systems, and asset libraries
- Support product storytelling and product marketing design needs

What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in marketing design, growth creative, performance creative, or related fields
- Exceptional visual taste and strong intuition for modern consumer internet aesthetics, storytelling, and performance creative
- Deep curiosity around AI creative tooling and a strong desire to constantly experiment with emerging technologies
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative workflows across image generation, video, motion, editing, storytelling, or content production
- Strong understanding of modern paid social creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Ability to rapidly generate, test, iterate, and scale a wide range of creative concepts, hooks, narratives, and visual styles
- Strong motion, video editing, or AI-generated video experience strongly preferred
- Highly self-sufficient and proactive. You generate ideas, identify opportunities, and drive creative forward without needing heavy oversight or rigid direction
- Operates with exceptional ownership and creative autonomy. You proactively push ideas forward, create momentum, and continuously raise the creative bar
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-output startup environment where speed, experimentation, and iteration are core to how the team works
- Strong attention to detail without sacrificing speed, experimentation, or creative breadth
- Ability to independently develop creative concepts and execute them from idea through production
- Strong proficiency with Figma and modern AI creative tooling
Nice to have
- Background in high-growth startup environments
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Magnific, Kling, Higgsfield, Sora, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Unbounce or similar tools
- Illustration, 3D design, or advanced motion graphics experience
- Experience designing subscription or lifecycle marketing creative
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and creative testing methodologies
- Interest in consumer wellness, healthtech, personalization, AI-native consumer products, or emerging consumer technologies
