Introduction:
Marketing Development Manager - EMEA
At Nanosonics, we're passionate about improving patient safety through innovative infection prevention technology. As we continue to grow across EMEA, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Development Manager to help accelerate market growth, strengthen customer engagement and enable commercial success.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic marketer who enjoys combining big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. Working closely with regional sales teams and global marketing, you'll translate strategy into impactful campaigns that drive demand, support customers and deliver measurable business results.
About The Role
The Marketing Development Manager leads the regional marketing strategy for sales enablement, market development and customer growth across EMEA. You'll use market insights, customer understanding and data to identify growth opportunities, optimize customer journeys and equip sales teams with the tools they need to succeed.

Success in this role comes from building strong relationships across the business, influencing without authority and balancing strategic planning with practical execution.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies that drive market penetration, demand generation and commercial growth.
- Partner with sales leaders to deliver impactful sales enablement programs, marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives that generate measurable results.
- Use market intelligence, customer insights and performance data to optimize marketing effectiveness, strengthen the customer journey and identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate across regional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging, successful product commercialization and strong execution across multiple markets.
About You
You are a commercially minded B2B marketer with a passion for driving growth through customer-focused marketing. You bring strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to turn insights into action.

You'll ideally have:
- 6+ years' experience in B2B marketing, preferably within medical devices, healthcare or another regulated industry.
- Demonstrated success developing regional marketing strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
- Experience partnering with sales teams to drive lead generation, sales enablement and business growth.
- Strong digital marketing, CRM and marketing analytics capability, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
