SENIOR MARKETING DIRECTOR, COLOUR COSMETICS & MASS FRAGRANCE UKI – 7 MONTHS FTC
Hybrid - Wimbledon – 2 to 3 days per week in the office
Fixed Term Contract – 7 months
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Senior Marketing Director, Colour Cosmetics & Mass Fragrance UKI, you play a critical role in shaping portfolio strategy, accelerating brand growth, driving commercial performance and transforming marketing capability across some of the UK’s most recognisable beauty brands. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, consumer-centric innovation and organisational excellence to deliver sustainable growth and market leadership.
You will manage some key areas
Portfolio Leadership & Commercial Growth
- Lead the strategic direction and growth agenda for the Colour Cosmetics and Mass Fragrance portfolio, including Rimmel, Max Factor and Sally Hansen.
- Develop and execute long-term portfolio strategies that drive revenue, profitability, market share and brand equity.
- Define and deliver transformational growth plans, including the roadmap to return Rimmel to sustainable growth.
- Drive the successful execution of Max Factor’s brand positioning to strengthen consumer relevance and engagement.
- Ensure resources and investment are prioritised towards the highest-value commercial opportunities.
Marketing Strategy & Consumer Engagement
- Lead integrated, insight-driven marketing strategies across all portfolio brands.
- Oversee media investment, campaign performance and advocacy strategies to maximise business impact.
- Evolve influencer, advocacy and digital engagement approaches to connect with younger and future consumers.
- Ensure excellence in activation across consumer, retailer and omni-channel touchpoints.
- Champion consumer, shopper and market insights to drive strategic decisions and innovation.

Leadership, Capability & Strategic Partnership
- Build and develop a future-ready, high-performing marketing organisation.
- Lead succession planning, capability development and organisational design initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Merchandising and Global Marketing functions.
- Influence strategic decision-making and represent marketing at leadership forums and business reviews.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a strategic and commercially driven marketing leader, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are consumer-obsessed, highly collaborative, resilient and passionate about building brands, developing talent and delivering transformational growth.
- Significant senior marketing leadership experience within Beauty, FMCG or Consumer Goods
- Proven track record of delivering sustainable brand and category growth
- Extensive experience managing complex portfolios with full P&L accountability
- Strong strategic planning, commercial and analytical capabilities
- Experience leading large-scale organisational change and transformation
- Proven ability to build, coach and develop high-performing teams
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within matrix organisations
- Deep understanding of UK retail, shopper and consumer dynamics, ideally across colour cosmetics and fragrance
