Senior Marketing Executive - Up to £55,000 + Benefits - 12 Month FTC - Banking - London (3 days in the office) - ASAP Start Date
We are working with a well-established, values-driven financial services organisation seeking a Marketing Specialist to support its marketing team on a nine-month fixed-term contract. This opportunity has arisen due to maternity leave and offers the chance to step into a high-performing function that already has strong foundations, clear processes and trusted agency partnerships. You’ll join a collaborative six-person team that prides itself on calm delivery, commercial thinking and genuine mutual support.
Role Highlights – core delivery and impact
- Own end-to-end campaign execution from briefing through to reporting
- Manage and partner closely with external creative and PR agencies
- Refine and adapt copy across digital, print and social channels
- Coordinate with Compliance, Product and IT to secure approvals efficiently
- Support events, data sourcing and performance reporting to optimise results

You Will Need – experience and approach
- Proven financial services marketing experience (deposits or B2B advantageous)
- Strong campaign management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Confidence navigating compliance feedback with sound judgement
- Commercial awareness with the ability to interpret campaign data
- Calm, personable communication style suited to cross-functional teams
