Senior Marketing Executive

Location: Poole, Dorset (office-based, with hybrid considered for the right candidate)
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 DOE
Reports to: CMO

About Runderwear

At Runderwear, we believe comfort changes performance. We're the original performance underwear brand, helping runners stay comfortable from their first 5K to ultramarathons. Every product is designed to eliminate chafing and distraction, so runners can focus on enjoying every mile.

We're a fast-growing brand selling directly to customers and via retail across the UK, Europe, the US and Australia, with ambitious plans for international growth. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and play a key role in delivering marketing that has a direct impact on the business globally.

Marketing is a small focused team, supported by freelancers and agency partners. We're a small, ambitious company where good ideas matter more than job titles. If you're someone who enjoys making things happen and seeing the impact of your work, you'll fit right in.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to help deliver our marketing strategy across multiple channels. This is a broad, hands-on execution role that combines campaign delivery, CRM, partnerships, reporting and project coordination. While email and SMS marketing through Klaviyo is a key part of the role, you'll also support product launches, seasonal campaigns, paid media, loyalty, affiliate marketing and wider marketing initiatives.

You'll report to the CMO and work closely with the Founder, helping turn ideas into execution and ensuring marketing activity is delivered to a consistently high standard.

No two weeks are the same. One day you could be launching a new product, analysing campaign performance or briefing creative assets. The next, you might be coordinating with agencies, optimising customer journeys or researching new marketing opportunities.

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, brings ideas to the table and is motivated by delivering measurable results. You'll be commercially minded, quick to pick up new tools and platforms and always looking for new trends and opportunities to help us stay ahead.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
