The role

Zoo 55 is ITV Studios’ digital-first division, extending audiences’ experiences of our content across YouTube, social platforms, FAST, streaming and gaming.

Working within the ITV Studios Marketing team, the Senior Marketing Executive will partner closely with Zoo 55 to grow audiences across its expanding portfolio of FAST and SVOD channels. This portfolio spans multiple territories and platform partners and includes channels built around some of the world’s best-known brands and IP franchises.

The role will focus on building strong relationships with platform partners, increasing the visibility and discoverability of our channels, and delivering organic, earned and paid marketing campaigns that drive viewing, engagement and commercial value.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Zoo 55, platform partners, scheduling, insights and commercial teams, the role will contribute to business cases for marketing investment and help identify opportunities to reinvest revenue into future audience growth.

The Senior Marketing Executive will also support the Marketing Manager on wider ITV Studios projects where marketing can help accelerate audience growth and contribute to the commercial value of our content and brands.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver audience-growth marketing plans for FAST channels across multiple territories and platform partners.
  • Build strong, proactive relationships with platform marketing, editorial and merchandising teams to increase channel visibility, secure promotional placements and identify new audience-growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with scheduling and editorial teams to turn programming priorities, key titles and seasonal moments into compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and deliver organic, earned and paid campaigns that grow awareness, viewing and engagement across the FAST ecosystem.
  • Manage agreed marketing budgets, monitor campaign performance and recommend how investment can deliver measurable audience and commercial value.
  • Contribute to business cases for further marketing investment, using audience, campaign and commercial data to support recommendations.
  • Brief and manage creative, media and specialist agencies, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
  • Work with the Insights team and platform partners to analyse audience, viewing and campaign data, translating findings into clear recommendations and campaign optimisations.
  • Develop marketing calendars, toolkits and assets to support channel launches, priority content and platform promotional opportunities.
  • Act as a brand guardian for ITV Studios’ FAST channels, ensuring activity and creative assets are consistent, effective and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support the Marketing Manager on wider ITV Studios initiatives where audience-growth expertise can contribute to commercial and strategic objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
