About the Role

As our Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll support the Growth team and Head of PR & Communications, taking ownership of local marketing activity across our growing portfolio of practices.

You’ll play a key role in developing and delivering local marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns and bringing creative ideas to life across social media, events, window activations, local advertising and point-of-sale materials.

Working closely with our Marketing Manager and in-house Design team, you’ll take projects from concept through to completion, making sure activity is aligned with our core KPIs, practice brand propositions and wider trading priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing and delivering impactful local marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Take ownership of marketing projects from local strategy through to delivery.
  • Develop and coordinate social media plans and local marketing activity.
  • Work with the wider Growth team to support like-for-like growth across the business.
  • Bring our practice brands to life through social media, local events, window activations and other marketing channels.
  • Manage the workload of the Marketing Executive, ensuring objectives are delivered for designated practices.
  • Work closely with the Design team to brief creative concepts in line with the local marketing calendar.
  • Collaborate with Senior Designers to create effective and engaging content.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and present results internally.
  • Manage relationships with printers and suppliers, including print quotes and costs.
  • Support and attend internal Hakim Group events, ensuring activity reflects our brands and values.
  • Contribute to weekly marketing growth huddles and share updates on your work.
  • Support the onboarding of new businesses joining the group.
  • Lead on an agreed area of development and growth.
  • Take ownership of individual projects, using your initiative to identify opportunities to support local growth.
  • Manage the design, print production and allocation of POS assets across the estate.
  • Manage POS requirements for practices within your region.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about marketing, naturally creative and confident taking ownership of their work.

You’ll be proactive, organised and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change. You’ll enjoy coming up with ideas, turning them into action and seeing the impact of your work.

You’ll also be someone who takes pride in the detail, communicates confidently with a range of stakeholders and enjoys working collaboratively as part of a creative team.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a Marketing role is essential.
  • A Marketing, Digital Marketing degree or similar Marketing qualification.
  • Strong creative flair and a genuine passion for marketing.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Knowledge of print production.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, positive and self-motivated approach.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a fast-moving creative team.
  • Comfortable working in an ever-changing environment and adapting to changing priorities.
