Senior Marketing Executive

Location: North London (4 days office-based, 1 day remote)
Salary: Up to £37k DOE + performance bonus

Ark is looking for a dynamic events marketing executive with a passion for driving engagement and delivering standout campaigns to join our client’s growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the marketing of industry-leading global events, shaping their success and ensuring attendee growth, consistent branding, impactful campaigns and sponsor satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Creating and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Managing digital, social, print, email, and PR campaigns.
  • Developing compelling content to attract and engage audiences.
  • Increasing sponsor and attendee numbers through strategic outreach.
  • Running data-driven digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social ads.
  • Managing budgets and optimising campaign ROI.
  • Building strong partnerships with key industry stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven marketing experience in the events sector, ideally conferences or summits, but very open to agency, venue or exhibition marketing.
  • At least 3 years in a strategic marketing executive role, able to evidence full management of campaigns and executing strategy.
  • Strong digital marketing and analytics expertise.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and commercial awareness.
  • Experience using Canva, WordPress and ideally Salesforce and/or HubSpot would be a huge plus!
