Role Overview
In the role of Senior Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of integrated marketing initiatives, lead key campaigns across our core sectors, and play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s brand positioning. You will collaborate closely with consultants and senior stakeholders to ensure marketing activity aligns with commercial objectives while continuing to elevate our digital presence and support growth across events, content, and brand initiatives.
This role offers significant scope to deepen your strategic influence, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the evolution of a high-performing marketing function as the business continues to grow and innovate.

Key Responsibilities
Design & Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality marketing assets including reports, social media creatives, email templates, sector decks, and event materials.
- Support the visual evolution of the Venari Partners brand through fresh, modern design approaches.
Campaign Execution:
- Plan, implement, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, organic digital channels, and partnerships.
- Lead sector-specific marketing activity to drive engagement with clients, candidates, and industry networks.
- Collaborate with consultants to translate commercial objectives into impactful campaign strategies.
Event Marketing:
- Support the marketing of internal and external events.
- Create promotional assets, oversee registration processes, and coordinate post-event content and follow-up activity.

Brand Development:
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining visual and tonal alignment across digital and print channels.
- Contribute to the ongoing brand evolution through new initiatives, refreshed guidelines, and strategic brand-building campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor performance across digital channels, campaigns, and content pieces.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform future marketing decisions and enhance ROI.
- Support the development of dashboards and KPIs aligned with business priorities.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with consultants, leadership teams, and external suppliers to deliver integrated, high-quality marketing initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted marketing partner to sector heads, advising on strategy, content, and campaign opportunities.
