About the Role
Bluestripe Media Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join our London marketing team. As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a meaningful role in driving our ambitious marketing initiatives and ensuring the flawless execution of our marketing projects.
This is a hands-on B2B marketing role where you will work across Bluestripe Group, our PR agency, and our portfolio of specialist media brands, including New Digital Age (NDA), Retail Media Age (RMA), Panel Power, Advantage, Signals and our wider content, community and event propositions.
We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the execution of integrated, multi-channel, targeted B2B marketing campaigns with a strong focus on email and social media. This role offers the opportunity to contribute in a dynamic environment that values creativity, bold thinking, collaboration, and innovation. You'll be trusted to take ownership of your campaigns and projects, while working closely with senior colleagues to shape priorities and approach.
Working closely with editorial, commercial, and leadership teams, you'll develop and deliver campaigns that grow our brands, audiences, newsletters, content, events, and commercial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage integrated, targeted campaigns across email, social (primarily LinkedIn), web, newsletters, and content across the Bluestripe Group portfolio.
- Help develop strategies to grow, engage, and retain high-quality professional audiences.
- Identify and target relevant audiences across brands, agencies, publishers, retailers, media, advertising, adtech, and marketing.
- Drive newsletter subscriptions, event registrations, and repeat engagement.
- Use audience data and campaign performance insights to identify opportunities for cross-brand promotion and growth.
- Maintain the Group marketing calendar and coordinate multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Create compelling B2B marketing copy and promotional assets.
- Manage and maintain audience data and segmentation within our CRM platform.
- Work with editorial/content teams to maximise the reach and impact of our content, newsletters, podcasts, research, and events.
- Create and adapt high-quality marketing assets.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing and partnerships team to support the development of distinct marketing approaches for the different brands within the Bluestripe portfolio.
- Monitor campaign and audience performance and report back to the wider team.
- Use campaign and audience insights to make recommendations and optimise campaign performance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
