Senior Marketing Executive

About the Role

TRL is looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing activity across the business.

Acting as the coordination and delivery hub within the marketing team, you will play a key role in ensuring campaigns, events and marketing materials are delivered to a consistently high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious early-career marketer looking to gain broad experience across the full marketing mix while contributing to a business undergoing visible transformation.

Working closely with colleagues across the marketing function, external suppliers and divisional stakeholders, you will help ensure marketing activity runs smoothly and supports wider business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Events Management

  • Plan and deliver TRL's events programme from end to end, including exhibitions, hosted events, webinars and internal events.
  • Manage event logistics, materials, supplier coordination and attendee communications.
  • Ensure leads and follow-up actions are captured and routed into the demand generation process.

Marketing Collateral

  • Produce, update and maintain marketing collateral, presentations and branded materials in line with brand guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with print, merchandise and production suppliers.
  • Support the rollout and ongoing application of TRL's visual identity across marketing assets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
