Senior Marketing Executive

Knowlton is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with a few years’ marketing experience who is ready to take real ownership of client accounts and campaigns within a fast-moving, social-first agency.

You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day client relationships and delivering campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, paid channels, and more. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your accounts and projects, keep campaigns and budgets on track, identify opportunities to grow client relationships, and make sure the work we deliver is consistently at a high standard.

As a senior member of the marketing team, you’ll also support and mentor Marketing Executives, reviewing their work and helping them develop while working closely with Marketing Managers on larger or more complex accounts.

AI is a big part of how we work at Knowlton. You’ll use AI tools every day to work more efficiently, strengthen creative and strategic thinking, and ultimately deliver better results for our clients.

If you’re looking for a role where you can take on more responsibility, build strong client relationships and continue developing towards marketing management within a fun, ambitious and supportive agency, this could be the role for you.

What You Will Do

  • Hold primary or secondary responsibility for client accounts, including day-to-day client communication and relationship management.
  • Manage campaign delivery across social, influencer, paid channels, and more, from planning and coordination through to delivery and reporting.
  • Take ownership of budget tracking on assigned accounts, reporting spend and pacing accurately and proactively flagging risks before they become problems.
  • Identify and flag opportunities to grow client accounts through relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working with the Marketing Manager and Sales team.
  • Lead or support client onboarding for new accounts and proactively flag upcoming renewals in line with the agency’s renewal process.
  • Report weekly on account status, clearly communicating whether work is on or off track and providing accurate, evidence-based updates.
  • Review and quality-check work from Marketing Executives before it goes to clients, ensuring it meets both the brief and Knowlton’s standards.
  • Mentor and support Marketing Executives, sharing knowledge, providing constructive feedback and helping them develop their skills and confidence.
  • Work closely with Marketing Managers, escalating risks and challenges early and contributing ideas and recommendations to improve campaign and account performance.
  • Use AI tools effectively across your day-to-day work to improve efficiency, creativity, quality and client results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
