Overview of the Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Executive will take ownership of planning and delivering marketing activity across Minden Systems and supporting Elmbridge UK when required. The role will turn agreed marketing plans into effective campaigns, content and communications, using insights to improve activity. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for email campaigns, social media, website and content.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Lead the planning, implementation and ongoing improvement of marketing campaigns
  • Create and deliver email content across existing customers and prospects
  • Monitor campaign activity and contribute to dashboards and monthly reporting

Social Media

  • Lead, implement and improve social media across the Minden brand.
  • Develop and implement monthly social media content schedules
  • Assist with the set-up and development of Minden's Instagram presence
  • Monitor activity and update monthly reports and dashboards

Website

  • Manage the ongoing development, including content updates of the Minden website
  • Assist with monitoring website performance and analytics
  • Support SEO and AI visibility in search results in line with marketing plans
  • Assist with the implementation, launch, training and ongoing management of the new Elmbridge website portal.

Content & Copywriting

  • Plan and write engaging content for blogs and case studies and other marketing materials as required.
  • Support the creation of Minden brand collateral
  • Help maintain and organise the Minden image and video libraries
  • Assist with video production for use across social media

Brand and Design

  • Ensure all marketing communications follow the relevant Elmbridge and Minden brand guidelines
  • Support the continued development of the Minden brand

CRM and Data

  • Manage the effective use HubSpot for campaign delivery, audience segmentation, lead nurturing and customer engagement
  • Support campaign reporting and monitor lead engagement through HubSpot
  • Assist with maintaining accurate marketing data and database records.

Events and Exhibitions

  • Support the planning and delivery of exhibitions, open days and other marketing events
  • Provide on the day events support when required.
  • Co-ordinate event communications, promotional material and follow-up activity.

Media and Communications

  • Support content planning for relevant national, local and industry publications
  • Draft features and features for review and approval.
  • Assist with identifying appropriate industry publications and other promotional opportunities for Minden

Other

  • Undertake any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role to support Elmbridge UK or Minden Systems as required.

Key Role Requirements

Essential:

  • At least three years’ experience in a marketing, digital marketing or campaign-focused role, with evidence of managing projects from planning through to evaluation.
  • Strong copywriting and content-development skills
  • Experience in delivering email, social media and digital campaigns.
  • Confidence managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Experience using a CRM platform.
  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and external suppliers.
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:

  • HubSpot experience.
  • WordPress experience.
  • Experience in B2B, manufacturing or technical markets.
  • Basic video editing or content-production capability.
  • Experience supporting exhibitions and customer events.

Work Environment

This is a part-time role working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The precise working pattern can be agreed with the successful candidate.

Hybrid working is available, with at least two days per week based at our Gloucester office. Additional office attendance may be required for team meetings, collaborative work, events and other business needs.
