This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B marketing professional to join a growing technology business and play a pivotal role in shaping how its software portfolio is positioned in the marketplace. You'll have the autonomy to make a real impact, influence strategy, and execute campaigns that generate tangible business growth.
Your new role
As Senior Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of the marketing function, leading the development and delivery of global multichannel campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market B2B audiences.
Working closely with the Marketing Director, product development teams, and technical content specialists, you will be responsible for evaluating current market positioning, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing data-driven marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive pipeline growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing, launching, and managing end-to-end global B2B marketing campaigns.
- Leading the organisation's presence at industry exhibitions, client events, and careers fairs, including logistics, branding collateral, and promotional materials.
- Proactively assessing market opportunities and recommending new channels, initiatives, and strategic improvements.
- Collaborating with technical content specialists to create compelling whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and website content.
- Managing and optimising digital marketing channels, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO activities, targeted email marketing, and website performance.
- Tracking campaign performance, analysing KPIs, and reporting on pipeline contribution to continually improve results.
- Partnering with product development teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with product enhancements and commercial objectives.
- Supporting international marketing initiatives and engaging audiences across global markets.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll be a proactive and commercially-minded marketing professional who enjoys taking ownership and working independently.
You'll ideally possess:
- 2-4 years' marketing experience within a B2B technology, SaaS, or software environment.
- A proven track record of creating and delivering successful marketing campaigns from concept through to execution.
- Strong experience working autonomously, demonstrating initiative, and the ability to identify opportunities without requiring close supervision.
- Experience marketing to international audiences and an understanding of different global market dynamics.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and pipeline-focused campaign activity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and optimise performance.
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
- The ability to work full-time from the Guildford office and undertake occasional travel when required.

What you'll get in return
This is offered as a permanent position, with an annual salary of £40,000 - £50,000.
Other benefits include (but are not limited to) 36 days annual leave (including bank holidays), discretionary bonus, pension, private medical and dental.
Please note that this position will be worked full-time on-site.
