About The Role
Ready to shape how EDF attracts, engages and retains business energy customers? The Opportunity
As a Senior Marketing Executive - B2B Customer Marketing, you'll help develop and deliver marketing for EDF Business and Wholesale Services' direct business energy customers and prospects across Mid-Market and Large Business.
You'll create targeted campaigns and customer communications that support acquisition, retention and growth, working closely with Sales to understand priority audiences and commercial opportunities. You'll increasingly use customer data, segmentation and CRM to build measurable customer and prospect journeys.
You’ll join us on a starting salary of £46,000 per annum, with the potential for an annual bonus. This is a hybrid role based in our London Nova North office, with an expectation to attend the office 2 to 3 days per week and work remotely for the remainder of your time.
Working across campaigns, customer communications, lead generation and nurture, you'll collaborate closely with Sales and colleagues across the wider BWS Marketing team. You'll also help connect supply customers with EDF's wider PowerSuite portfolio of products and services, supporting opportunities to deepen customer relationships beyond energy supply.

Who You Are
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with a strong background in B2B marketing, commercial awareness and the ability to build effective relationships across multiple stakeholders. You'll be comfortable working closely with sales colleagues, using insight to improve performance and turning complex propositions into compelling customer communications. Are you experienced in...
- Lead generation and nurture that supports pipeline growth.
- B2B campaign planning across acquisition, retention and customer engagement.
- Account-based or targeted marketing across different B2B customer segments.
- Using CRM platforms to segment audiences, manage journeys and measure activity.
- Working closely with Sales to improve engagement, lead conversion and commercial outcomes.
- Creating effective email, digital and customer communications.
- Using campaign data and insight to test, learn and improve performance.
- Managing stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and wider business functions.
- Communicating complex products and propositions clearly to business audiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver targeted marketing plans for Direct Mid-Market and Large Business customers and prospects.
- Create integrated campaigns supporting customer acquisition, retention, engagement and growth.
- Work closely with Sales to understand priority audiences and opportunities and translate these into effective marketing activity.
- Use CRM, segmentation and customer insight to develop increasingly targeted prospect and customer journeys.
- Create high-quality customer communications and content across email, digital and other relevant channels.
- Support opportunities to introduce Supply customers to relevant PowerSuite and wider EDF products and services.
- Measure campaign performance, leads, engagement and conversion, using learning to continually improve activity.
