About the role

As Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing the Mediaworks business through content, campaigns, social, email, events and sector-led marketing.

You’ll turn our expertise, client work, research and proprietary thinking into useful content that builds authority, generates demand and creates commercial opportunities.

This is a hands-on role for a marketer who can take ownership, manage multiple projects and work confidently with teams across Growth, Sales, Strategy, Creative, SEO, Paid Media, Development and Client Services.

What you’ll do

Content & thought leadership

  • Own the production of blogs, social content, emails, landing pages, case studies, reports, guides and whitepapers.
  • Turn agency expertise, sector insight and client work into clear, commercially relevant content.
  • Identify opportunities for new content and thought leadership across AI, search, digital experience, technology, performance and sector change.
  • Repurpose larger content into social posts, carousels, video scripts and sales materials.
  • Work with subject matter experts and designers to bring content to life.

Social & campaigns

  • Manage Mediaworks’ organic social activity, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Plan and deliver campaigns across priority sectors, services and commercial themes.
  • Activate campaigns across social, email, website content, events, webinars and targeted promotion.
  • Own the promotion of masterclasses and events from registration through to follow-up and content.
  • Contribute to campaign messaging, creative and audience strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
