Role Overview

This is a hybrid role working 3 days in the office (City of London location) and 2 days working from home.

Role Purpose

  • Campaign and project management: Coordinate activity from brief and planning through to delivery, implementation and results reporting.
  • Proactive planning: Manage timelines and dependencies, identify next steps, chase actions and anticipate potential issues.
  • Deposits business support: Build an understanding of the Bank’s ambition to attract more business, charity and specialist deposit customers.
  • Communications and content: Coordinate customer and intermediary communications and develop clear, accurate copy across key channels.
  • Digital and creative delivery: Manage website updates, digital activity, advertising and creative assets with agencies and suppliers.
  • Product and proposition activity: Support the marketing of product launches and proposition developments.
  • Stakeholder and agency management: Bring together internal teams, agencies and suppliers to keep activity moving and delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Approvals and compliance: Coordinate regulatory, data and governance approvals, incorporate feedback and maintain clear audit trails.
  • Events: Support relevant events and provide clear performance updates and recommendations.
  • Reporting: Support the creation of regular reports and performance updates, helping track marketing activity and results.

Responsibilities

  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A natural coordinator who brings people together to get things done.
  • Able to think ahead and anticipate issues before they arise.
  • Confident managing senior stakeholders, agencies and suppliers.
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly around approvals and regulated communications.
  • Commercially aware and able to connect delivery with wider business objectives.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Good understanding of integrated marketing across campaigns, digital, web, advertising and events.
  • Advanced Word and PowerPoint skills, with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated sector
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, SurveyMonkey, Vimeo
