We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Marketing Executive to join HSJ Information and help deliver high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns across our Audience Access & Communications (AAC) and Healthcare Solutions divisions.
This is a hands-on campaign marketing role, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborating with sales, product and operational teams to deliver marketing activity that builds engagement, generates leads and supports commercial growth.

The role
As our Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll take responsibility for planning, coordinating and delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns across a range of channels.
Working across multiple campaigns and projects, you’ll help turn marketing plans into effective activity, monitor performance and use data and insight to continually improve results.

- Planning and delivering integrated campaigns across email, digital, content, social media and events
- Supporting lead generation and nurture campaigns that contribute to commercial pipeline growth
- Building targeted audience segments using platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce
- Coordinating campaign copy, creative assets, landing pages and sales collateral
- Managing campaign timelines and ensuring activity is delivered on time, within budget and against agreed KPIs
- Monitoring campaign performance, MQL generation and ROI
- Using A/B testing, analytics and campaign insight to identify optimisation opportunities
- Supporting new product and service launches with effective messaging and customer-facing content
- Coordinating paid campaign activity and working with creative and media agencies
- Partnering closely with sales, product and operational teams to ensure campaigns support wider commercial objectives
What we’re looking for
You’ll have experience delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns and be comfortable managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders and priorities at the same time.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with:
- Experience delivering lead generation, customer acquisition and nurture campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills across email, landing pages, social media and sales collateral
- Experience working across email, web, social, content and events
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with commercial sales teams and product specialists
- Good analytical skills and experience using campaign data to improve performance and ROI
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience using analytics, social media management, CMS and design platforms
- Good Excel skills for campaign analysis and reporting

Experience within the UK healthcare sector, including pharmaceuticals, NHS suppliers or healthcare technology, would be an advantage, as would experience managing campaign budgets and marketing spend.
A marketing degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
