Job Description: Senior Marketing Executive - Customer Engagement
Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays
Contract: 6-month Fixed Term Contract, Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000
Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our Customer Engagement team, supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and customer communications across Bupa's health insurance customer base. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded individual who enjoys managing projects from brief through to execution and working across a broad mix of channels.
You will support the planning and delivery of customer engagement campaigns designed to increase customer value, retention and product usage.
You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, data teams and Bupa's in-house creative studio, developing clear briefs and ensuring all communications are accurate, compliant and customer focused.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering customer engagement campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
- Managing projects from initial brief through to execution and performance analysis.
- Supporting the launch of new products, propositions and customer benefits.
- Creating and optimising customer lifecycle communications.
- Developing engaging health and wellbeing content plans.
- Working with data teams to define audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Briefing and collaborating with internal creative and studio teams.
- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Experience, Compliance and Digital teams.
- Ensuring all communications meet FCA and financial promotions requirements.

What you will bring:
- Around 2-5 years' marketing experience in a commercial environment.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exposure to customer engagement, CRM, lifecycle marketing or content marketing.
- Experience across channels such as email, digital, social or direct marketing.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A data-driven approach with the ability to measure and optimise campaign performance.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working within a regulated environment such as insurance, financial services, healthcare or another compliance-led sector.
