SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE - DIGITAL & CONTENT
Few marketing roles offer the opportunity to launch four new hospitality brands as part of one of London’s most significant cultural openings.
Join the team bringing London Museum’s food and drink experiences to life in historic Smithfield, combining world class exhibitions, events and hospitality.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive - Digital & Content who is passionate about digital marketing, great content and commercial performance. You will lead across CRM, websites, SEO, PPC, social media and digital content, with a primary focus on launching and growing London Museum’s four new hospitality concepts.
You will also support marketing across Green & Fortune’s restaurants, cafés, bars and event venues, working on everything from campaigns and website performance to social content, photoshoots and venue launches.
We are looking for someone naturally curious, commercially minded and creative, who enjoys spotting trends, testing ideas and understanding what makes customers engage, book and return.

CRM & Customer Journeys
- Champion our CRM activity by creating engaging email campaigns, customer journeys and loyalty initiatives.
- Use customer insight and data to improve communication, encourage repeat visits and build stronger relationships with our guests.

Social Media & Content
- Lead organic and paid social media activity and create content that brings our brands, venues, food and people to life.
- Develop engaging campaigns that attract new audiences and drive engagement.

Websites & Performance
- Take ownership of website content, SEO and PPC activity.
- Continually improve user experience, traffic and conversion while tracking and reporting performance and identifying future opportunities.

Creativity
- Create engaging marketing assets across digital and print using Canva, Adobe InDesign and CapCut.
- Support photography, video and campaign development across multiple brands.

Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues across marketing, sales and operations to develop campaigns, launch new initiatives and maximise commercial opportunities across London Museum and Green & Fortune.
