Description

Senior Marketing Executive
Hybrid - Home / Cheadle
Up to £35,000 DOE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join Priory as a Senior Marketing Executive. In this hybrid role, you'll work from home and Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal, with occasional travel to sites across the UK.

Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you'll help deliver impactful campaigns across our healthcare and adult care services. You'll partner with business development, and work alongside specialists in digital marketing, SEO, content and communications, to manage end-to-end, insight-led campaigns that build awareness, increase engagement and support business growth.

What you'll be doing

  • You'll independently plan, deliver and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across national, regional and local markets, driving awareness, enquiries and referrals for Priory's services.
  • Creating compelling content across email, web, case studies, video and events, you'll ensure every campaign is audience-focused, carefully targeted, and delivers measurable results.
  • Using data management and cleansing skills, along with analysis of campaign insights, you'll continuously improve performance and ROI, while working closely with internal stakeholders, Business Development Managers and external agencies to ensure marketing activity is delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard.
  • You'll also contribute to wider marketing projects, helping shape new initiatives and support the continued evolution of our marketing function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
