Marketing Role Opportunity

Love bringing products to life? This could be the marketing role you’ve been waiting for.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join a successful and growing consumer products business, working across an exciting portfolio of brands and products.

This is a genuinely varied, hands-on marketing role where no two days will look quite the same. From launching new products and creating engaging campaigns to influencer partnerships, PR, digital content and e-commerce, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved across the full marketing mix.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Sales, Product Development and external agencies, you’ll play an important role in shaping how products are launched, promoted and experienced by consumers.

What will you be doing?

You’ll take ownership of a broad range of marketing activity, including:

  • Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns for new and existing products.
  • Playing a key role in exciting new product launches, taking products from concept through to market.
  • Creating and managing influencer and PR campaigns, working closely with external agency partners.
  • Helping shape the ongoing content and digital strategy across the business.
  • Managing digital content, product information and the online presence of the brands.
  • Keeping a close eye on competitor activity, retailer websites, customer reviews and market trends.
  • Supporting the continued development of DTC websites through Shopify, including promotions, content and creative assets.
  • Developing engaging email marketing and customer communication campaigns.
  • Creating marketing materials for presentations, trade shows, showrooms, newsletters and POS.
  • Working collaboratively with Sales, Product Development and wider commercial teams.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and using insights to identify new opportunities and continually improve results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
