Senior Marketing Executive | £40,000 salary | 4 days in office, 1 day remote (Central London)

We’re working with a fast-growing Athleisure and Loungewear consumer brand that is redefining its category through innovative, inclusive products and a strong focus on confidence, community and customer connection.

We’re looking for a creative, proactive and highly organised Senior Marketing Executive to join the growing marketing team. This is a hands-on opportunity to play a key role across content, social, e-commerce and influencer marketing, with scope to grow into a broader creative and brand position as the business continues to scale.

You’ll work closely with senior marketing leadership and the wider business to bring the brand to life, create engaging content, support campaigns and launches, and build relationships with creators and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a guardian of the brand, ensuring a distinctive and consistent identity across customer touch points.
  • Review creative and work with photographers, videographers, designers and freelancers to deliver high-quality campaigns and launches.
  • Bring fresh creative ideas that continually evolve and elevate the brand.
  • Create and edit engaging short-form video for organic and paid social across key platforms.
  • Develop digital marketing assets and support creative concepts for campaigns, launches and key trading moments.
  • Attend shoots and events, collaborating with the wider creative team to produce compelling content.
  • Manage creative content across the Shopify website, including homepage, collections and product pages.
  • Manage creator and influencer relationships from briefing through to delivery.
  • Ensure content is on-brand, delivered on time and commercially effective.
  • Explore emerging technologies and AI tools to improve creative output, productivity and marketing performance.

About You

You’ll be a hands-on, creatively driven marketer who enjoys working across multiple areas and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be equally comfortable creating social content, updating an e-commerce site, briefing a creator or supporting a campaign.

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Experience in marketing, content, creative or brand roles within fashion, beauty, lifestyle or e-commerce.
  • Strong short-form content creation and video editing skills.
  • Experience across key social platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
  • Shopify and e-commerce experience, including onsite merchandising.
  • Experience managing influencers, creators or external partners.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills.
  • A genuine curiosity for AI, emerging technology and new ways of working.
  • A passion for building distinctive brands and creating content that people genuinely want to engage with.
