Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced, proactive and commercially minded marketer to join The Mind Collective as a Senior Marketing Executive.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys building new things, solving problems and making ideas happen. You'll work across a wide range of marketing projects for both TMC and our clients, taking ownership of initiatives from concept through to delivery.
No two weeks will look the same. One week you may be managing a client marketing project, coordinating content or supporting a campaign. The next you could be working on a digital project, managing TMC marketing or helping develop a new marketing initiative.
We're looking for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys taking ownership and is equally comfortable planning, organising and rolling their sleeves up to deliver.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Project Management
- Manage a varied portfolio of internal and client marketing projects from brief through to delivery.
- Deliver projects across a broad range of marketing disciplines, including social media, digital marketing, content, influencer and creator marketing, partnerships and integrated campaigns.
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Take a hands-on approach to delivery where required, as well as coordinating specialist support.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
