Are you passionate about creating impactful marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights, and building strong engagement strategies that help grow and retain a thriving partner community?
We are seeking a motivated Senior Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives focused on partner acquisition, engagement, and retention across a rapidly growing network. This is a dynamic, generalist marketing role that offers exposure to multiple disciplines, combining creativity, commercial thinking, and analytical expertise.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will use customer and performance insights to influence marketing decisions, enhance loyalty and engagement programs, and deliver campaigns that drive measurable business results. You will play a key role in shaping marketing strategies, strengthening value propositions, and ensuring an exceptional experience for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and continuous improvement of loyalty and engagement programs to increase retention, participation, and long-term value.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen the organization's proposition and brand positioning.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior using reporting and analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
- Plan, implement, test, and optimize marketing activities to improve effectiveness and maximize results.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Create and manage high-quality marketing materials, presentations, and campaign documentation that support business objectives.
- Support the development and delivery of broader marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce compelling communications for product updates, operational changes, and brand campaigns.
- Manage marketing administration activities, including purchase orders, invoice processing, and budget tracking.
