Senior Marketing Executive

London | £50k to £55k

What happens when a viral food brand becomes a serious national restaurant business? That is exactly the challenge this role has been created to solve. Our client is a fast growing, venture backed food business that partners with high profile creator led brands and turns them into scalable restaurant concepts. One of its biggest UK growth opportunities is already building serious momentum, with around 20 locations live today and ambitious plans to reach approximately 100 sites by 2030, expand into European markets and continue growing through a predominantly franchise led model. Now they are looking for the person who can help turn huge awareness into repeatable commercial growth.

The Opportunity

This will be the first dedicated marketing hire for the brand. You will have real ownership from day one, working closely with senior leadership and helping shape how marketing develops as the business scales. Initially, you will operate independently, but as the estate grows there is significant potential to build a team and progress into a broader marketing leadership role. This is not a role focused on creating social content or running broad brand campaigns. It is about making restaurants perform. You will work across franchise marketing, delivery, CRM, loyalty and local growth, using customer and commercial data to answer questions such as:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • How do we get customers to order again?
  • How do we improve performance across Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat?
  • How should marketing change from one location to another?
  • How do we help franchise partners generate more sales?
  • And ultimately: How do we turn a high awareness food brand into a restaurant brand customers choose again and again?

What You Will Own

You will work closely with franchise partners to develop local marketing activity that drives traffic, awareness and revenue around individual locations. You will take ownership of delivery marketing and help manage performance across platforms such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat, looking at promotions, visibility, conversion, sales and repeat ordering. You will dig into existing customer and CRM data and start building stronger retention and loyalty activity around it. You will track what is working, identify where performance can improve and turn data into clear commercial actions. And because this is a scaling business, you will have the freedom to build rather than simply inherit someone else's playbook.

Who We Are Looking For

You are likely to have around 3 to 5 years of marketing experience within food, hospitality, QSR, retail or another customer facing multi site business. Experience with restaurant delivery is particularly important. If you have managed activity across Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat, worked with aggregator partners, grown delivery sales or optimised offers and promotions, we would love to hear from you. Experience within a franchise environment is also highly valuable. You should be comfortable working with individual operators, influencing where marketing investment goes and adapting activity to different locations and customer catchments. CRM, loyalty and retention experience is a strong advantage, particularly if you have worked with customer segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, first party data or repeat purchase behaviour. Most importantly, you will enjoy ownership. You will be comfortable entering a fast moving business where everything is not already built, working out what needs to happen and making it happen.

Why Join?

This is a rare opportunity to join a well funded, fast growth food business at an exciting stage of its UK expansion. You will be joining early enough to shape the marketing function, close enough to senior leadership to have real influence and in a role that directly impacts revenue, site performance and customer retention.

The brand already has something most businesses spend years trying to build: An audience that cares.

The opportunity now is to turn that attention into habit, loyalty and long term growth. If that sounds like the kind of challenge you want to own, we would love to speak with you.
