About The Role

Join a team that helps shape how EDF connects with one of its most important sales channels. If you enjoy partner marketing, influencing commercial outcomes and turning insight into action, this could be your next move. At EDF, Success is Personal and this is your opportunity to make a real impact while developing your career.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Marketing Executive - TPI & Broker Marketing, you'll play a key role in strengthening EDF's engagement with third-party intermediaries (TPIs) and energy brokers. You'll create targeted marketing activity that builds stronger relationships, supports commercial growth and helps brokers understand EDF's supply and wider energy solutions.

You’ll join us on a starting salary of £46,000 per annum (depending on experience), with the potential for an annual bonus. This hybrid role can be based in either London or Exeter. You'll work from your local EDF office 2 to 3 days per week, with the remainder of your time spent working remotely.

Working within a commercially important B2B energy market, you'll own and deliver targeted broker and TPI marketing activity, working closely with the Marketing Manager - Supply and Sales to translate commercial priorities into effective campaigns and engagement and work with wider stakeholders to understand TPI segmentation, growth priorities and customer insight, using these to develop increasingly targeted marketing activity.

Who You Are

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with specialist experience in indirect marketing, channel marketing or partner marketing. You'll be commercially focused, data-driven and confident working across multiple stakeholder groups. Are you experienced in…

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
