Looking for your next marketing challenge? Join the UK&I Financial Services marketing team and help shape high-impact campaigns, events and LinkedIn content for senior leaders across the sector.

The opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketeer and LinkedIn content creator to join the UK&I Financial Services marketing team as a Senior Marketing Executive on a twelve-month contract.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering campaigns, events and digital content that raise the profile of our leaders, showcase our market insights and support engagement across the financial services sector. The role combines campaign delivery, event management, LinkedIn content creation and senior stakeholder engagement, offering exposure to high-profile activity in a collaborative and fast-paced marketing team.

Your key responsibilities

You will project manage a range of events, social media content, thought leadership and marketing campaigns. This will involve extensive planning, stakeholder engagement, event coordination, content development and delivery, as well as performance reporting and optimisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering virtual, hybrid and in-person events, managing logistics, stakeholders and EY-branded materials.
  • Supporting UK&I Financial Services marketing campaigns from planning through to execution, reporting and ROI measurement.
  • Managing content approval, publication on ey.com and CRM processes.
  • Collaborating across marketing, internal and external communications, and brand teams to deliver integrated campaigns and events.
  • Leading LinkedIn strategy, content planning and engagement for senior Financial Services leaders.
  • Creating and optimising social, digital and thought leadership content, including blogs, videos and infographics.
  • Advising and upskilling stakeholders and team members on social media best practice, brand compliance, risk and independence requirements.
  • Monitoring campaign and content performance, applying SEO/AEO best practices and using insights to improve engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
