Senior Marketing Executive
Location: Leeds - Hybrid working
Salary: £30,000 to £36,000 plus benefits

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Marketing Executive to join an industry home furnishing business and play a key role in delivering its next stage of growth. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety and responsibility. You’ll be involved in new product launches, a new website and ecommerce development, promotional campaigns, content and day-to-day brand management.
Working closely with the wider business, you’ll help bring the brand to life, engage customers and drive commercial performance across both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the marketing activity around the launch of new products, from planning through to execution.
- Support the launch and ongoing development of a new company website, ensuring content is engaging, accurate and commercially effective.
- Help manage and grow the company’s ecommerce offering, identifying opportunities to improve the customer journey, conversion and online sales.
- Plan and deliver promotional campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement and sales.
- Take ownership of brand management, ensuring consistent messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Create and manage engaging marketing content across website, social media, email, promotional materials and other relevant channels.
- Work with internal teams and external suppliers/agencies to deliver campaigns and marketing projects.
- Monitor campaign performance and use data and insight to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development and delivery of the wider marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
- Keep up to date with industry, customer and digital marketing trends to identify new opportunities for the business.

About You
We’re looking for someone who is creative, commercially focused and highly organised, with the confidence to take ownership of projects and get things done. You’ll ideally have:
- Experience working in a marketing executive or similar marketing role.
- Experience across digital marketing, ecommerce, content and brand management.
- Experience supporting or leading product launches and promotional campaigns.
- A strong understanding of website content and ecommerce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- A commercial mindset with an understanding of how marketing activity contributes to business growth.
- The confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues, agencies and suppliers.
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
