Brand Blueprint Co. is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join us and play a key role in delivering marketing strategies for our clients.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be stuck doing one thing all day. You’ll have the opportunity to work across paid media, SEO, content, social, email, analytics, websites and digital strategy, working closely with clients and the wider team to turn ideas into measurable commercial results.
You’ll have genuine responsibility from day one, with the opportunity to influence how we deliver marketing, introduce new ideas and help shape the continued growth of the agency.

We combine paid media, SEO, web development, conversion optimisation and digital strategy to create marketing that delivers measurable results.

What you’ll be doing
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta
- Support SEO strategy, content planning and website optimisation
- Develop engaging marketing content across digital channels
- Analyse campaign performance and turn data into actionable recommendations
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, leads, conversions and overall marketing performance
- Prepare client reports and present insights clearly
- Work with clients to understand their commercial objectives and translate them into marketing activity
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition and return on investment
- Work alongside web and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Stay ahead of developments in digital marketing, AI, automation and emerging platforms
- Help develop new processes, ideas and services as the agency grows

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, curious and genuinely passionate about digital marketing.
You’ll ideally have:
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of paid media and digital acquisition
- Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
- Good knowledge of SEO, content and conversion optimisation
- Experience using analytics and reporting platforms such as GA4 and Looker Studio
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- The confidence to communicate directly with clients
- The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
- An interest in AI, automation and new marketing technology
