Shape and deliver the marketing strategy behind Softcat's specialist propositions
This is an opportunity to join our newly created Propositions function to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans across our Softcat specialist areas. You will work with marketing professionals and collaborate cross-departmentally to execute innovative campaigns and initiatives across departments such as Recruitment, HR and Learning & Development.
As Senior Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for:
- Building and delivering marketing plans to drive the business objectives of the relevant business area, aligning to the company strategy.
- Acting as a brand ambassador through consistent messaging, creative content and impactful storytelling.
- Utilising data-driven insights to measure campaign performance, analyse results, and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
- Managing the stakeholder relationship with the relevant business area through regular, clear communication.
- Programmatic management of multiple projects and marketing plans.
- Staying updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to innovate and stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

We'd love you to have:
- Demonstrable experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills, with experience planning and delivering multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams, agencies and external partners.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and project management tools.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and the ability to thrive under pressure and navigate ambiguity.
