Why this role exists…

We're looking for a hands-on marketer who enjoys variety and likes getting involved in all aspects of marketing.

As Snap continues to grow, so does the breadth of our marketing activity. There is plenty happening and we're looking for someone who can help turn ideas into action.

You'll join a small marketing team where you'll gain exposure to a wide range of activities, rather than being confined to one specialist area. It's a role that offers a great balance of autonomy and support. You'll be trusted to take ownership of your work while working closely with our Marketing Manager, learning from someone who has successfully built and led marketing functions within growing businesses throughout her career.

So, if you enjoy taking initiative, thrive on variety and want to continue developing as a well-rounded marketer, this could be for you.

What you'll be doing...

You'll work closely with people across the business to help bring our marketing plans to life.

It's a varied role, which means you'll need to be comfortable switching between different projects and priorities, but you'll never be short of opportunities to learn something new.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing end-to-end marketing campaigns (email, landing pages and supporting content)
  • Managing and growing our LinkedIn presence, including content planning, posting and engagement
  • Writing high-quality copywriting material
  • Supporting event delivery (roundtables, dinners and industry events), including promotion and coordination
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather input, align messaging and drive campaign participation
  • Supporting website updates and campaign-related content

In your first 3–6 months, success might look like:

  • Taking ownership of our LinkedIn content calendar and improving engagement
  • Working with internal and external marketing leads to build out multiple campaigns and support in the execution of them.
  • Contributing to the successful delivery of events and thought leadership initiatives across the business.
  • Building relationships with our Senior Leadership Team to engage them in telling our story.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll need to succeed...

We're looking for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, getting stuck in and taking ownership. Someone who enjoys turning ideas into action and isn't afraid to try new things, learn as they go and find solutions when challenges arise.

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • Proficiency in the Hubspot Marketing platform using basic email, landing pages and automations to build out effective campaigns.
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a B2B marketing environment.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone of voice across different formats.
  • Canva content development skills, knowledge of how to use brand assets and brand guides and a keen eye for what good looks like in the design of creative assets.
  • Experience or exposure of how to use AI tools to speed up content creation without letting it take over. Snap wants to be authoritative with creative writing, and you need to be able to refine ideas from our data teams and reimagine them for market.
  • Experience managing, coordinating and posting on LinkedIn.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Confidence working with different stakeholders and personalities across a business
  • A “roll up your sleeves” mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience supporting or delivering events
  • Exposure to prospecting, audience targeting or account-based marketing approaches
  • Experience working with technology partners or in ecosystem-driven marketing
  • Exposure to Salesforce CRM
  • Experience onboarding new marketing tools into the Martech stack; we’re trying out new things and teaching ourselves new tools.
  • Any experience in producing short form video content (Riverside)

This role might not be the right fit if you’re looking for:

  • A highly specialised role focused on just one area of marketing (e.g. only paid ads or only SEO)
  • A large, structured team where responsibilities are narrowly defined
  • Minimal stakeholder interaction or low autonomy
