Senior Marketing Insights Strategy Analyst - 12 Months Contract - Hybrid - London
Description
Support the Marketing and Sales teams with custom insights, ad tech research, and advanced analytics, delivered in the form of Keynote narratives, data products, statistics, and talking points.
- Develop custom research and feeds, leveraging 3rd-party custom and syndicated research (e.g. producing ad-hoc custom dashboards and Keynote analyses supporting the commercial development of Ads).
- Partner with Field Marketing to drive high-impact account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, co-developing bespoke client presentations that leverage 3rd-party research to unlock strategic opportunities.
- Lead projects as a self-starter with exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional management skills.
- Build AI-enabled data products, Tableau dashboards, reports and presentations.
- Drive the transition from traditional insights generation to LLM-based technologies, building interfaces and tools that leverage AI to summarize content and data, producing sales go-to-market materials at scale.
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining and improving existing insights development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across global and regional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Revenue Strategy, Data Insights, and Data Engineering.
- Partner directly with 3rd-party research and measurement vendors (e.g. Comscore, Sensor Tower, Emarketer, etc.) to identify strategic insight opportunities from their datasets and scale them into commercial data products.
- Source and distribute ad tech research, actionable market intelligence and competitive intelligence.
- Drive business analytics projects through all phases, including data quality, quantitative analysis, automated AI summarization, and presentation of executive-level deliverables.
- Develop data models and analytical tools for ongoing audience segmentation, benchmarking, trending, and competitive analysis.

Key Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative field of study including economics, statistics, applied mathematics, data science, business, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years professional experience in ad tech research, marketing insights, and advanced analytics within an advertising platform or agency (deep knowledge of the digital advertising industry, performance marketing, and the mobile app economy).
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial project leader with proven expertise in cross-functional management, senior stakeholder alignment, and navigating ambiguity.
- Experience leveraging LLM-based technologies and building AI-driven interfaces to process complex data, summarize insights, and produce go-to-market materials at scale.
- Track record of working with syndicated and custom 3rd-party research vendors (such as Sensor Tower, Comscore, Emarketer, etc.) to extract insights and build scalable data products.
- Skills in exploratory data analysis; familiarity with data warehousing, modern database modelling and pipelining principles, ideally Snowflake data-shares and Amazon S3.
- Ability to partner effectively with data science and engineering stakeholders to translate complex business needs into analytical requirements and data products.
- Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and Keynote storytelling skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex research results clearly and persuasively across a variety of stakeholders.
