Senior Marketing Insights Strategy Analyst
Location: London
Hybrid - 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday), 2 days remote
Contract duration - 12 months (potential extension)
Pay Rate: £325 per day PAYE
About the Role
You will sit within an international team focused on marketing insights, analytics, advertising technology and commercial strategy, supporting Marketing and Sales teams across EMEA.
This is a highly strategic role combining market research, advanced analytics, data products, AI/LLM technologies and executive-level storytelling.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support Marketing and Sales teams with custom insights, advertising technology research and advanced analytics.
- Turn complex data and research into Keynote presentations, data products, statistics, dashboards and commercial talking points.
- Develop custom research and analytical feeds using third-party syndicated and bespoke research.
- Partner with Field Marketing on high-impact account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, creating bespoke client presentations and insights.
- Lead projects independently, managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Build AI-enabled data products, Tableau dashboards, reports and presentations.
- Help transition traditional insights generation towards LLM-based technologies, developing tools and interfaces that can process and summarise complex data and create go-to-market materials at scale.
- Maintain and continuously improve existing insights and analytics processes.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Strategy, Data Insights and Data Engineering teams across regional and global functions.
- Work directly with third-party research and measurement providers such as Comscore, Sensor Tower and eMarketer to identify valuable datasets and turn them into scalable commercial insights.
- Source and distribute ad tech research, market intelligence and competitive intelligence.
- Own analytics projects from data quality and quantitative analysis through to AI-assisted summarisation and executive-level presentation.
- Develop data models and analytical tools for audience segmentation, benchmarking, trend analysis and competitive analysis.

What We're Looking For
- Postgraduate degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Business or a related field.
- 10+ years' professional experience across areas such as: Ad tech research, Marketing insights, Advanced analytics, Digital advertising, Performance marketing, Mobile/app economy.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and advertising platforms.
- Proven experience leading complex projects independently and working with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Experience using LLM/AI technologies to process complex information, generate insights and automate content or go-to-market materials.
- Experience working with syndicated and custom third-party research providers, ideally including platforms such as Comscore, Sensor Tower or eMarketer.
- Strong exploratory data analysis capabilities.
- Understanding of data warehousing, modern data modelling and data pipeline principles.
- Ideally, experience with Snowflake data shares and Amazon S3.
- Ability to work effectively with Data Science and Engineering teams and translate commercial requirements into analytical requirements and data products.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex research and analysis into clear, compelling executive-level narratives.
- Strong Keynote storytelling and presentation skills.
The Profile
This role would suit someone who can operate comfortably at the intersection of marketing strategy, advertising technology, research, analytics, data and AI.
You should be comfortable taking an ambiguous business question, identifying the relevant data and research, analysing it, and turning the output into a clear commercial story that senior stakeholders can act on.
